Britt Gary (pictured here), spent his career building teams and growing services businesses before founding Fairmeade Partners. Britt cut his chops scaling a family licensing business. After business school at UCLA he grew and managed a region of dialysis clinics at Davita comprising over 200 employees and $150M in annual revenue.

He learned the power of partnership and bringing together a community of great businesses during his time at Alpine Investors, where he worked on dealmaking and operations of businesses in industries ranging from law firms to commercial door and dock businesses.

Britt lives in Pasadena with his wife, an oncologist, and infant son.
